Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for user requirement analysis and application design
• Responsible for application development and report writing
• Leading and assisting in system implementation and user testing
• Review, prepare, and maintain technical documents such as acceptance test document, deployment guide, user guide, and operation manual
• Analyze reported issues and provide effective solutions
• Proactively assign, manage, and prioritize tasks to achieve business objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, OOP, design patterns, REST API, and databases (SQL & NoSQL)
• Experience with modern frameworks such as Spring Boot, .NET Core, React, Angular, Maven, or Node.js.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Prior experience in leading small development teams or technical projects.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio.
