We are currently looking for a proactive Talent Researcher.

What you'll be doing:

• Sourcing candidates using a variety of methods, from Boolean/X-ray search to parsing profiles on GitHub;
• Building strong collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers to implement a comprehensive candidate search strategy;
• Creating and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates and developing a talent pipeline for future hiring needs;
• Managing hiring metrics and reporting on progress;
• Continuously improving sourcing processes and exploring new tools to achieve optimal results;
• Enhancing the overall candidate experience.

What we're looking for:

• At least 6 months of experience as a sourcer or recruiter;
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to quickly identify relevant candidate profiles;
• Analytical mindset and eagerness to work with data, spreadsheets, and reports;
• Copywriting skills to craft outreach messages that candidates can't ignore;
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
• A creative, result-driven approach.
