Job Details

Oversee daily operations of the Engineering department to maintain high-quality service standards. Supervise and schedule engineering staff to meet facility needs. Conduct regular inspections of service areas and address equipment or system issues. Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair work for building systems and equipment. Ensure compliance with inspections and testing requirements from regulatory agencies such as JCAHO. Evaluate training needs and provide ongoing education for staff. Manage administrative tasks including invoice tracking, budgeting support, and employee records. Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Skills, Knowledge, Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required. Related trade school or manufacturers training preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience in building maintenance with 1 year of supervisory experience required. Electrical/electronic schematic and diagram reading experience preferred.
