The Low-Voltage Vendor Management TPM will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of low-voltage vendor engagement and performance, ensuring that Oracle's data center projects are executed with precision, consistency, and efficiency on a global scale. Requirements

A minimum of 810 years of experience in a technical program/project management role, preferably within the data center or construction or infrastructure industry. Strong understanding of low-voltage systems, components, and installation processes in data centers. Expertise in vendor management, including supplier qualification, contracting, and performance oversight. Proficiency in planning and coordinating complex projects, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and dependencies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with vendors and internal teams. Demonstrated experience in performance monitoring, KPI development, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset. Experience in material management and logistics coordination is preferred. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Certifications in project/program management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are highly desirable.
