Licensed Massage Therapist Opportunity

Our client is seeking a licensed massage therapist to provide a serene environment that will invigorate and transform their customers. This therapist will be responsible for performing massage therapy, body treatments, and East-meets-West treatments to guests according to the treatment protocols provided. The massage therapist will ensure the guest's comfort and relaxation during each service by offering amenities, such as beverages and neck buddies.

What You Will Be Doing:

1. Performing an outstanding service to each guest
2. Welcoming each guest and introducing yourself
3. Preparing the guest for services according to the treatment protocols
4. Offering the guest beverages and other amenities available
5. Reviewing the guest's chart for any valuable information
6. Perform up to a combination of 7-8 different massages/body wraps per day
7. Educating the guest to the benefits of the services performed
8. Educating the guest of the products used during the service
9. Retailing home care products and explaining how to use them properly
10. Referring the guest to other services offered
11. Allowing the guest to relax by only speaking when spoken to
12. Sanitizing the room according to the Sanitation Policy
13. Documenting pertinent guest information into their records
14. Maintain organization of the treatment rooms, preparation areas and changing lounges
15. Escorts guests to dressing room, service areas, etc., when needed
16. Ensure laundry services are completed daily
17. Obtaining continuous education
18. Renewal of licensure as required by the state
19. Educate guests on spa services and retail products
20. Ensure proper lighting, music, cleanliness, and aromatherapy as set forth in the Ambiance Standards
21. Assist in the marketing and promoting of spa
22. Abide by the protocols set
