We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our day shift team, working from Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and previous experience in electronic manufacturing, particularly in through-hole or surface mount soldering. Candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist in various departments will thrive here. We welcome entry-level candidates from diverse backgrounds, including retail, fast food, and other manufacturing fields, although experience in warehouse environments is also considered.

Work Environment:
The work environment consists of a manufacturing setting with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and moderate noise levels. The shift runs from Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm. Candidates can choose to sit or stand during their shift, although standing is required at times. The role involves light industrial/general assembly tasks with lifting requirements of no more than 10-15 lbs.

Pay and Benefits:
