As our Sr. Software Engineer, you will be a full-stack engineer focused on our suite of SaaS healthcare applications and services. You will work in a collaborative Agile-based team and be responsible for all facets of development at both the database level and the application code level, applying and maintaining quality standards and developing and executing test plans and procedures. You should have experience in Angular, Web APIs, Azure, RDBMS fundamentals, and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead on projects, contributing hands-on to front-end development using Angular, RESTful APIs, and Azure Services (Service Bus, Functions, AKS, etc).
• Guide Agile delivery by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and promoting best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Make architectural recommendations, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Explore and apply emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance development, processes, and product innovation.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience delivering web-based applications and services.
• Strong knowledge of .Net with proficiency in C#, WebApi, Entity Framework.
• Understanding of modern software development methodologies including version control, unit, integration, and system testing, and continuous integration & deployment.
• Strong communication skills, with proven ability to present complex ideas and to document concisely.
• Front end development with Angular 19+.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure (Service Bus, Functions, KeyVaults, Event Grid, Application Insights, Containers, Blobs).
• Experience with database technologies and concepts like SQL Server and CosmosDB.
• Angular development with RxJS, Signals, Jasmine, Material.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• CouchBase, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch.
• AKS.
• GitHub Actions and Workflow.
• OpenAI, Azure Foundry, Model Training, RAG.
• Knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle, EMRs, and practice management systems.

Compensation and Benefits

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $97,211.43 - $161,880.71 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%.
