Warehouse Loader

Earn $21.55 per hour in this full-time, seasonal position. As a Warehouse Loader, you will engage in a physically demanding role that involves accurately building pallets of products for bulk and route trucks. This job requires careful attention to detail to ensure order accuracy when loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming goods.

Working with an electronic order system or order sheets, you will use a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack to build loads. It is crucial to adhere to shipper and receiver documentation requirements, while also keeping the work area clean and safe. You should be prepared to work in varying weather conditions, with shift durations that may fluctuate depending on workload.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Transport truck loading: Move full pallets of products from the warehouse to a trailer and manage returned pallets/plastic flats.
• Bulk truck loading: Select and stack designated products onto pallets, ensuring stability and proper shrink-wrapping, typically for local delivery.
• Route truck loading: Curate packages and pallets for each truck based on specific orders from sales representatives, also managing returns.

In this role, you will lift a high volume of product cases weighing between 20-45 pounds throughout your shift, involving continuous standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching.

Primary Job Requirements:

• Operate a power pallet jack or forklift to build pallets/loads as indicated on load sheets or using voice pick audio equipment, if applicable.
• Document out-of-stock items on load tickets.
• Wrap pallets once completed.
• Submit paperwork for order verification before loading and ensure the truck is checked.
• Stage pallets for loading into trucks.
• Complete partial and reorganize mixed pallets.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in your work area.
• Demonstrate regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
