Job Overview
The Commissioning Associate provides engineering and technical support on-site throughout the full lifecycle of construction and facility projects. This role ensures safety, budget adherence, and quality through validation testing, troubleshooting, reporting, and coordination. The position is hands-on and field-based, requiring strong commissioning and construction experience.
Pay: $90,000-$120,000
Responsibilities
Request, collect, and catalog submittals from trade partners
Assemble and brand materials for project manuals and reports
Collaborate with Facility Solutions and Commissioning teams
Develop and review system readiness and performance test drafts
Conduct field observations to verify construction status
Coordinate and participate in owner training videography
Lead and mentor Facility Solution Associate I and II
Support Operational Project Readiness (OPR) activities related to MEPF systems
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2-5 years of relevant commissioning or construction experience
CxP or CxA certification
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
Disqualifiers
Less than 2 years of relevant experience
No commissioning or construction experience
Inability to work 100% onsite
Inexperience with Microsoft Project or Office tools

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
