Human Resources Generalist Director Treasure Valley Family YMCA

The Treasure Valley Family YMCA seeks a dynamic Human Resources Generalist Director to impact our organization. This leadership role will supervise support staff and volunteers in benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, recruitment, risk management, and employment law compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead HR support staff through hiring, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and ongoing development.
  • Collaborate with HR Directors to prioritize support staff duties across HR and Risk areas, process employee paperwork, and manage an accurate electronic personnel file database.
  • Develop annual HR budget and forecast for CHRO review and monitor monthly income statements to ensure proper expense placement.
  • Complete projects that support Human Resources and Association goals.
  • Serve as Title VI Coordinator and manage ADA processes for the Association.
  • Create, interpret, and explain organization policy and procedures to front-line and leadership staff.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • 1?3 years experience in a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and confidentiality skills.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
