Description
Our client, a creative agency, is seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to oversee and guide creative projects from concept through completion — ensuring deliverables are on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic creative environments, balancing organization with flexibility, and process with people.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple creative projects, from intake to delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and goals are met
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to define project scope, objectives, and creative briefs
- Develop and maintain schedules, track milestones, and manage asset reviews to ensure smooth workflows
- Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining alignment and transparency across all phases
- Produce reports, manage timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing projects in a creative or marketing production environment
- Strong understanding of creative workflows and production timelines
- Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and manage stakeholder expectations
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Workfront or similar); PMP certification a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Compensation & Benefits
This is a 12 month contract (with the potential for extension or conversion to direct hire). The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $30.00–$36.00 per hour, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
