Overview


Brown & Brown is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our growing team in Meridian, ID. The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining in force block of business which includes renewals and ongoing service throughout the year.


Responsibilities



  • Review and coordinate annual renewals with clients.

  • Maintain client services throughout the year, including: member claims issues, enrollment issues, and HR questions.

  • Update client systems, policies, and files.

  • Maintain all required documentation needed for compliance.


Licenses And Certifications



  • Must obtain and maintain active Life/Accident and Health License (within 6 months of hire if not currently licensed).


Skills & Experience To Be Successful



  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, etc.)

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • 2-5 years Employee Benefits Insurance experience
