Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead marketing efforts for Mindray Medical Devices, focusing on Ultrasound products. This role requires strong collaboration with sales, clinical teams, and external partners to drive product awareness and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis; provide product sales forecasts and adjust marketing strategy.


• Manage promotional literature and organize marketing events, especially academic marketing.


• Build strong relationships with key customers through academic approaches (clinical evaluation, literature publication, event speeches).


• Update training materials and provide clinical training on a periodic basis internally and externally.


• Manage new and existing products with regard to packaging, registration, evaluation, and pre-launch needs.


• Coordinate and support the sales team as well as business partners to drive product sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above; Master or Doctorate is preferred.


• Majoring in Medical, Radiology, Biomedical Engineering, or another related field.


• At least 8 years of experience in marketing within the Medical Devices industry, handling Ultrasound products; academic or clinical background preferred.


• Excellent English speaking and writing skills; computer literate.
