Overview

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as Strategic Account Manager. This role drives growth within existing client accounts through cross-selling and upselling opportunities, building and strengthening relationships at both C-level and operational levels to ensure high client satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen existing client accounts to maximize revenue opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute cross-selling and upselling strategies to introduce new products and services to current clients.
  • Prepare, present and negotiate sales proposals, tender documents and client presentations to enhance client partnerships.
  • Build and deepen relationships with clients at all levels (C-level and operational), ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor client needs and identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with headquarters and internal sales teams to develop strategies, marketing support, and tailored client solutions.
  • Track competitor strategies and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure consistent client satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and high-quality service delivery.

Job Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, or a related field.
  • Masters degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in software solutions sales, ideally in Banking and Wealth Management, in local and/or international markets.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
