The Role

We are seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager who deeply understands the regulatory, clinical, and financial dynamics of the healthcare ecosystemincluding U.S. federal and state programs (e.g., CMS, ACOs, value-based care), as well as international regulatory frameworks. In this role, you will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of regulatory and clinical data products that support diverse programs, policies, and reporting mandates across healthcare organizations and government bodies. You will collaborate with engineering, science, policy, clinical, and business stakeholders to develop product strategies and services that:

  • Support complex regulatory compliance and reporting workflows at scale.
  • Map to clinical operations, care delivery, and payer programs.
  • Enable global and U.S. regulatory content and policy development to inform product strategy.
  • Ensure that our platform helps customers meet evolving regulatory, financial, and quality measurement requirements.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role ideal for someone coming from hyperscalers, major EHR vendors, or regulatory-heavy healthcare product teams who wants to shape how Oracle operates at the intersection of cloud, AI, and health policy.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Own regulatory & clinical program strategy: Define and evolve the product vision for regulatory content, payer programs, and clinical workflows in alignment with U.S. federal/state and international regulations.
  • Shape global regulatory content development: Translate regulatory and policy requirements into scalable, AI-ready product capabilities.
  • Partner across functions: Work closely with legal, clinical, science, engineering, and GTM teams to align on regulatory program support, data interoperability, and program growth.
  • Influence product architecture: Collaborate with engineering to ensure products are compliant, performant, and flexible to meet diverse regulatory requirements.
  • Drive measurable outcomes: Align product strategies with improved patient outcomes, payer value, and regulatory compliance metrics.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in cloud or healthcare technology.
  • Proven track record leading regulatory, clinical, or payer program initiatives at scale.
  • Deep understanding of clinical workflows, payer incentives, regulatory programs (e.g., ACO, value-based care), and financial implications from a government or payer perspective.
  • Experience working with federal/state regulatory bodies or designing products to meet their requirements.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across engineering, clinical, regulatory, and policy teams.
  • Experience with any major cloud platform (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • U.S. citizenship required; this role supports U.S. Federal Government work and will require a background investigation for Public Trust clearance.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
