As a key member of the Club Operations Team for Blue. Star Resort & Golf, the Club Accountant / People Services heads up the Human Resources and Accounting departments, while also providing support to Member Relations and Retail. This position reports to the Club General Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Communicate the core values and mission of Blue. Star Resort & Golf (BSGR) to support the achievement of company goals. Maintain effective communication with all team members to maintain a smooth, informed, and consistent atmosphere related to office functions. Maintain confidentiality regarding all human resources and business matters. Onboard new team members, ensure all required system access is provided, and perform new hire orientations. Respond to phone calls and correspondence. Manages all duties and responsibilities related to the People Services hiring processfrom new hire through termination.
