Job Details

Crew Leaders perform daily activities for a millwork facility. Perform distribution-related functions (receiving, storing, and shipping/building of loads). Operate forklift. Ensure load matches order prior to vehicle exiting yard. Perform customer service activities. Incumbents have broad knowledge of building material products and warehouse operations. May train, assign and oversee work of others and ensure work is complete and built to order specifications. Possess alertness and ability to adapt to warehouse routines. Understand and apply fundamental mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). May be responsible for raw materials and finished goods inventory, and materials order replenishment. Maintain good housekeeping in work area. Follow safety programs and ensure compliance of OSHA regulation. Crew Leaders will help plan the daily workflow.
