Job Description

This is the team where people come to stay!! The team is growing and so we are in need of someone reliable and highly motivated to join our warehouse handling, packaging, loading, and unloading gutters (and other building products as directed). The schedule is M-F, 7AM - 4PM, there is sometimes overtime but it is never guaranteed. We do need someone who drives and who can commute to our location. Though there is a national average listed in this job advertisement, this specific position offers a range of $18 - $24PH. We truly appreciate your interest!

Your Responsibilities

Currently hiring a Warehouse Specialist to load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory. Our Warehouse team members play a vital role in the daily operations of our facility. • Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack. (FORKLIFT CERTIFICATION IS HIGHLY PREFERRED due to the current needs of the business).
• Cycle count inventory, storing in orderly and accessible manner, while inspecting stock items for wear or defects and reporting to supervision.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting 50 lbs. during physical loading/unloading of trucks.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours to perform job related tasks.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Experience with gutters and/or building materials strongly preferred.
• If operating a company vehicle, a valid driver's license will be required.
• Ability to use a handheld scanning unit.
• Compute basic math problems.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification is preferred, but not required.

This is a safety sensitive position.

Physical Requirements

Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload various products. Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed.

Compensation Range $13.00 - $30.00 The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
