Starting Pay: $16/hour (based on experience and shift)

Current Openings & Shifts
Nampa – Male Home

  • Swing: Thur | 2 PM – 10 PM
  • Day: Tues, Sat & Sun | 6 AM – 2 PM
Nampa – Male Home (Alternate)
  • Swing: Sun & Wed | 2 PM – 10 PM
  • Overnight: Thurs | 10 PM – 6 AM
Meridian – Male Home
  • Swing: Tue | 2 PM – 10 PM
Meridian – Female Home
  • Day: Sun | 6 AM – 2 PM
  • Swing: Sun & Mon | 2 PM – 10 PM
  • Overnight: Sat | 10 PM – 6 AM
Meridian – Female Home (Alternate)
  • Day: Sat & Sun | 6 AM – 2 PM
  • Swing: Tue & Sat | 2 PM – 10 PM
As a Direct Care Professional, you will:
  • Support clients with daily routines and independent living skills (meal prep, personal hygiene, household chores, and organization)
  • Assist with medication reminders and health needs
  • Cook, clean, and create a safe, welcoming home environment
  • Provide transportation to appointments, shopping, work, or recreational activities
  • Encourage and model positive social skills, communication, and problem-solving
  • Help clients build confidence and independence through goal-setting and skill development
  • Participate in fun community outings such as going to the movies, restaurants, sports events, or local activities
  • Be a reliable source of encouragement, stability, and advocacy for those you serve
  • Collaborate with your team and supervisors to ensure the best care and support for each client
What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Willingness to complete CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification (we'll help)
  • Most importantly: a kind heart, patience, and a good sense of humor
