Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Boise, ID! This is a 4 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist

Location: Boise, ID 83704

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mountain Time)

Hours per Week: 35 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $17-20.50/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections skillfully on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing according to standard operating procedures.
• Verify patient identification and ensure all specimen labels are accurate and verified in the patient's presence.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation, including patient records and quality logs.
• Provide a welcoming, professional, and reassuring experience for patients during specimen collection.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Follow all company policies, including Employee Health & Safety, Dress Code, and Everyday Excellence Guiding Principles.
• Communicate effectively with patients, peers, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and quality service delivery.
• Be flexible and available to work additional hours, weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (Required)

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
