The opportunity Delaware North Travel is searching for a Commissary Manager to join our team at Boise Airport in Boise, Idaho. As a Commissary Manager, you will partner with the concessions and warehouse team to effectively oversee operations at Boise Airport. On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46,100 - $62,200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. What will you do?
* Train and develop commissary associates in line with company policies and procedures
* Coordinate and supervise activities of commissary associates
* Purchase, receive and distribute commissary items, verify receiving slips and invoices
* Produce monthly commissary inventory and various operational reports
* Monitor product quality and follow departmental guidelines when controlling cost and waste
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation
More about you
* Minimum 3 years of previous supervisory experience, preferably in a commissary environment
* No college degree required
* Previous experience with inventory distribution
* Working knowledge of food production techniques, purchasing, and sanitation procedures
* Strong computer skills with Windows platform, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail
* Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical requirements
* Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
* Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time
