Full-time, temp-to-hire 40 hours per week, Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM $20.00-$28.00 p/h, DOE Located in Boise, ID Excellent benefits! A great temp-to-hire opportunity with room for advancement!

Duties:

• Operate CNC mill to inlet stocks using pre-programmed operations
• Bed barreled actions into stocks using proprietary processes
• Attach butt-pads to rifles and grind to fit on stocks
• Install rifle hardware and prepare components for paint
• Mix paint and spray rifles to a professional finish
• Assemble and clean rifles per in-house standards
• Maintain a clean shop area and assist with monthly deep clean
• Perform other firearms production tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience with CNC machines (preferred)
• Fabrication background with metal, carbon fiber, and polymer materials
• High competency with hand tools
• Strong organizational skills; dependable, accurate, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Firearms handling/shooting experience
• Competency in Microsoft Office
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be drug-free and pass a background check
