We're seeking an Residential Remodeling Estimator to join our team. You'll prepare accurate estimates, coordinate procurement, follow up with customers, and support project oversight. This role reports directly to a skilled Project Manager who provides oversight and hands-on training.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with construction estimating experience who's ready to grow. With proven performance, you'll have a clear path to move into either an Estimating Manager or Project Manager role.
This is primarily an office-based role, not a work-from-home position. The right candidate will stay motivated and on task with minimal oversight, and should be comfortable working independently in an office environment—even at times as the only person present.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate estimates for remodeling and home improvement projects.
Follow up with customers on outstanding estimates and completed work.
Coordinate procurement, negotiate pricing, and manage vendor relationships.
Track and manage job costing to keep projects on budget.
Visit local job sites to assess conditions and support project execution.
Maintain organized client and project records in Excel and CRM systems (HouseCall Pro experience is a plus).
Ideal Candidate Has Experience With:
Estimating for remodeling or construction projects (2+ years required)
Procurement, vendor negotiation, and materials supply ordering
Job costing and financial tracking
CRM software and Excel
Overseeing or performing remodeling work with a strong eye for detail

Requirements:
2+ years estimating experience in a construction or remodeling company
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Excel and CRM software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel locally to job sites
Ability to pass a background check and random drug screening
Fluent English and legal U.S. citizenship
Compensation: $52,000 – $55,000 per year (based on experience) with bonus opportunities
