Job Details

Education: Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred, Bachelor's degree required. Experience: Minimum five (5) year's experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years in a lead/managerial capacity preferred. Advanced knowledge of key business development concepts, methodology and strategic planning. Strong knowledge and experience in leadership and personnel management principles; staff management and leadership. Knowledge and experience in developing effective business develpment strategies and plans.
