Job Details

Role: Personal Injury Trial Lawyer (remote, permanent)

Responsibilities include representing clients in legal proceedings, drawing up legal documents, and managing and advising clients on legal transactions. This position offers flexibility and the ability to handle complex cases from a home office. Salary range: $85,000 - $130,000 per year. Benefits include remote work, no billables, growth and career advancement, and commission with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in legal proceedings related to personal injury matters (primarily motor vehicle accidents).
• Draft legal documents and pleadings; manage case strategy from inception through resolution.
• Advise clients on legal transactions and case status; maintain clear, proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Indiana Bar License and active membership in good standing with the State Bar Association.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with at least 2 years in personal injury law.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases and negotiate favorable settlements.
• Strong research and analytical skills with ability to apply complex laws and regulations.
• Exceptional communication skills for in-court presentation and client interactions.
• Commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with self-motivation and discipline.
• Experience with plaintiffs personal injury cases preferred; proficiency with legal research software and related technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with strategic, decisive thinking.
