Prosthodontist Opportunity

This office is built around a prosthodontist. This is not an office for general dentistry that does some prosthodontist work. It's a true prosthodontist office that does some general dentistry.

Model: 100% Fee-for-Service (FFS) fully out-of-network

Focus: A prosthodontist-centered office providing advanced prosthetic care, with some general dentistry services.

Key responsibilities:

• Diagnose, treatment-plan, and deliver prosthodontic care, including crowns, bridges, full-mouth rehabilitation, and implant restorations.
• Provide high-quality general dentistry as needed, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
• Collaborate with a skilled dental teamincluding hygienists, assistants, and office staffto deliver seamless, patient-focused care.
• Maintain a comfortable, personalized experience that aligns with the practice's fee-for-service, patient-centered philosophy.
• Manage clinical documentation, case presentations, and ensure full transparency in treatment planning.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree, plus completion of prosthodontics residency/training.
• Board eligibility or certification in Prosthodontics preferred.
• Robust clinical experience in esthetic and implant-based prosthodontics.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage patients in the benefits of fee-for-service care.
• Commitment to excellence and patient-centered treatment strategy.
