Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents and draft correspondence.
• Perform legal research and collect and summarize relevant case information.
• Cite-check, proofread, and Bluebook legal documents.
• Coordinate legal projects and provide general substantive case support as needed.
• Prepare for and attend depositions and trials.

What Were Looking For

• Experienced: five (5) or more years of experience as a paralegal in an AmLaw firm. A Bachelors degree is required, as is specific experience managing IP litigation matters.
• Communicative: excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player: friendly and able to work closely with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented: highly organized with a focus on quality work.
• Flexible: able to accommodate long hours and sporadic travel.
