Join our dynamic team as an Activities Coordinator in our Skilled Nursing Facility! We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for our residents. As an Activities Coordinator, you will create and implement engaging educational, entertaining, and challenging activities, programs, and outings that cater to the needs and interests of our residents. Your contributions will play a crucial role in promoting resident satisfaction and embodying the mission, vision, and core beliefs of our organization.

Full-Time Schedule: Sunday through Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree with an emphasis in recreation, health education, or a related field; coursework in social work, gerontology, psychology, recreation therapy, or a similar discipline is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CTRS certification is preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a geriatric setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Two or more years of direct programming experience with older adults.
