The City of Boise is seeking a visionary program manager to lead the implementation of the Pathway Master Plan and deliver projects that connect our community and enhance quality of life. This role develops and manages capital improvement programs, secures and stewards federal funding and grants, and ensures mobility projects align with the Citys long-term vision. The ideal candidate brings strong program management experience, expertise in budgeting and capital funding, and the ability to build partnerships across agencies and with the community.
