Be a subject matter expert for content, processes and procedures associated with a third-party software. Implement, maintain and support purchased software that enables business processes. Be responsible for software integration, internal and external interface development. Create technical system and interface documentation. Work with users to support business applications and define solutions that are consistent with business strategies, gather business requirements and create specifications, design and integrate application solutions with existing processes and systems. Create and maintain application programs using one or more environments. Programming language is generally specific, but not limited, to the third-party software.
