Job Details

Maintain, integrate, and implement (internal and 3rd-party) software for one or more door millwork (production or scheduling) software programs and/or equipment utilized by millwork locations, including Agility, Paradigm, and RFN. Design and implement door-specific Millwork Configuration Software utilized by both internal and external sales associates. Design and support the Bill of Materials/ Q&A/ Cafe logic that drives door configuration by end users. Style, slab, frame, trim, options, etc. Collaborate with users to support business applications and define system solutions that align with business strategies and interface with existing (internal and external) processes and systems. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and provide end-user software training for door millwork systems and processes. Requires specific knowledge of division procedures, products, policies, and programs related to door millwork.
