Job Details

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Familiarity with a broad range of general construction processes and nomenclature including testing laboratory protocols and procedures, soils and concrete testing, asphalt paving, structural steel, mechanical, welding and general construction observations. Methodical and detail-oriented to assist the project team in assuring that Project QC documentation is complete and procedures are followed to ensure issues are closed and project risk is mitigated. Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications including identification of errors, contradictions or redundancies for resolution by others. Conduct regularly scheduled QA/ QC meetings, review logs of Deficiencies, Punch List, and other items required and maintain documentation and meeting minutes within job folder Prepare reports on inspection activities Scheduling of inspection activities in conjunction with various local, state, governmental agencies and 3rd party testing.
