Job Description:
Device Configuration:

• Vendor will apply the approved configuration upon installation of the Device.
• Vendor will monitor each Device for compliance with the approved configuration for risk and compliance requirements.
• Vendor will proactively apply configuration updates to devices that deviate from approved configuration templates.
• Vendor will update each Device that has risk and compliance deviations from the approved configuration.
• Vendor will provide regular updates on Device configuration status.
• Vendor will manage and provide reporting on devices that fall out of compliance from standard configurations.
• Vendor will make configuration updates to Devices as requested by customer.
• Vendor will update System of Record for any configuration updates.
• Vendor will apply and manage Device certificates.
• Vendor will provide reports on the status of Device certificates and manage the transition of certificates to ensure that Devices always have a valid certificate.
• Vendor will update configuration changes following schedule below, configuration will need to be tested and 100% fleet deployed based off this schedule. Wells Fargo will assign the rating.

Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
Responsibilities

  • Manages internal project delivery.
    • Budget as detailed in Impact section.
    • Small to medium/straightforward/local scope.
    • Low/medium risk.
  • Manages project financials including business impact.
    • Meets or exceeds approved budgets.
    • Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management.
  • Manages stakeholder relationships.
    • Manages first to mid-level stakeholder relationships.
  • Manages project team.
    • Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size generally less than 7 people.
    • Provides performance feedback on project team members.

Education and Experience Required
  • First Level University degree.
  • 3 years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Demonstrates a basic knowledge of key Services' operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management.
  • Understands project management methods.
  • Participates in the Services PM Profession community.
  • On a development plan leading to higher project management skills.
