Regular travel to Millwork locations is a requirement of this position. Key equipment expert between door equipment manufacturers (KVAL, Barbaric, Full House) and Boise Millwork. Establish training, scheduling and documentation of all PM (preventative Maintenance) and/or other equipment developments. Develop, write and maintain standard operating procedures, installation documentation, training, maintenance, diagnostic and troubleshooting manuals for the equipment and software used by customers and contractors. Meet with location management to make sure equipment needs are sufficient, updated and acceptable for future growth. Key resource for equipment program recommendations/purchases. As the subject matter expert, lead cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal resource allocation and project success.
