Requests and tracks incoming records for newly enrolled high school students, following the state requirements. Maintains accurate transcripts and provides quality assurance. Fulfills records requests for withdrawn students within prescribed time frames. Creates and maintains student cumulative files and other student records; audits for accuracy on at least an annual basis; establishes and maintains secure access to student records; ensures proper disposal of student records. Scans and uploads student records to electronic document management system. Serves as primary point of contact for high school families, staff, and other schools in regards to student information and records.
