Responsibilities include coordinating project teams work and deliverables, monitoring schedule and budget, business development, and interfacing with internal staff and clients. Manage multiple projects at various stages, disciplines, and locations ranging from pre-construction permitting and processes through to construction compliance. Interface with internal and external project managers/staff, clients, and sub-contractors. Client coordination including project scope, budget, schedule, and forecasting. Business development and proposal writing. Prepare, review and submit environmental construction planning documents to clients. Prepare, review, agency coordination, and/or assist clients with submittals for federal, state, and local permit applications.
