Responsibilities include coordinating project teams work and deliverables, monitoring schedule and budget, business development, and interfacing with internal staff and clients. Other responsibilities include but may not be limited to: Project Manager of energy-related projects. Manage multiple projects at various stages, disciplines, and locations ranging from pre-construction permitting and processes through to construction compliance. Interface with internal and external project managers/staff, clients, and sub-contractors. Client coordination including project scope, budget, schedule, and forecasting. Business development and proposal writing. Prepare, review and submit environmental construction planning documents to clients. Prepare, review, agency coordination, and/or assist clients with submittals for federal, state, and local permit applications. Participate in field reviews, project compliance inspections, and site meetings.
