Position Overview
The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various teams, clients, and contractors to deliver mechanical systems including plumbing, HVAC, and piping installations in commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to define project scopes and specifications.
• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems including plumbing, HVAC, and piping.
• Prepare project schedules and manage resources effectively to meet project goals.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and compliance with safety standards.
• Resolve any project-related issues and ensure effective communication across project teams.
• Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications to ensure they meet client requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the mechanical construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, piping, and sheet metal systems.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
