About the Role:

As the Consulting & System Integrator Partner Leader, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing EDB's collaborations with top-tier System Integrators such as Deloitte, Accenture, and Capgemini. This role focuses on developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies, fostering strong executive relationships, empowering partners to build their EDB practices, and ensuring successful outcomes for our shared customers. This is a results-driven position requiring a proven leader in partner management and strategic execution.

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Strategic Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and implement joint business plans with partners that specify strategic objectives and target markets. Create joint solutions that highlight partner capabilities while distinguishing EDB in the market.
  • Partner Enablement and Practice Development: Inspire partners to create robust EDB practices by assessing their capabilities and commitment. Execute certification and enablement plans to boost partner expertise in EDB's offerings.
  • Proven Partner Management: Manage the complete lifecycle of alliance development, from engagement to expansion, using data-driven insights to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for partners and customers, including providing feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Deal Support and Sales Enablement: Guide partners through EDB's programs and sales processes to help close deals by leveraging subject matter expertise and aligning EDB's resources.
  • Deliver Results: Track key metrics to assess partnership success and adapt strategies to meet aggressive growth targets in a dynamic environment.

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or business development in the technology sector.
  • 5+ years of channel sales or program management experience with revenue accountability.
  • A track record of success in managing relationships with System Integrators.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of open-source databases, cloud technologies, and AI workloads preferred.
  • Strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with senior leaders.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50%, as necessary.
