The firm offers a supportive culture with a strong focus on mentorship, quality, and innovation—plus long-term growth potential for those on a leadership trajectory.What You'll DoLead the design of HVAC and plumbing systems for new construction, renovations, and infrastructure upgradesPrepare mechanical system calculations, equipment selections, and energy code compliance documentationCoordinate closely with architectural, structural, and electrical teams to ensure fully integrated MEP solutionsOversee the development of construction documents using Revit and AutoCADAttend client meetings, site visits, and field inspections to support design and construction coordinationMentor junior engineers and designers, supporting their technical development and quality of deliverablesSupport project managers with schedules, budgets, and team coordinationWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldLicensed Professional Engineer (PE)Proven years of HVAC/MEP experience in the AEC or consulting engineering spaceProficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with Trane TRACE, HAP, or similar tools preferredStrong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindsetExperience working with clients, consultants, and contractors during all phases of design and constructionWhy This Role?You'll be joining a people-first firm that values technical excellence, real-world constructability, and long-term relationships with clients and employees alike.
