Position Overview:

Were looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate New Construction Sales Agent to join our team. The role involves converting inbound leads into signed contracts and generating new business in local markets. The ideal candidate has experience in residential construction, architectural design, real estate sales, or building materials. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where success depends on initiative, professionalism, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage and qualify inbound leads interested in our custom structures.
  2. Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients in local and regional markets.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, architects, developers, and builders.
  4. Lead discovery calls and guide clients through early planning and design phases.
  5. Create and present customized proposals aligned with client goals and budgets.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to scope and price projects.
  7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates in our CRM (HubSpot).
  8. Travel as needed for high-profile deals, site visits, and meetings.
  9. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of professional sales experience.
  2. Strong background in residential construction, architectural products, real estate, or building materials sales.
  3. Proven ability to manage 80120+ active leads.
  4. Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  5. CRM experience (HubSpot is a plus).
  6. Ability to handle complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  7. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  8. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
