Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing a marketing strategy, supervising the marketing and strategy team, and client account management within assigned hospital(s).
• Develops business development plans, creates quarterly and annual strategic plans, and designs/implements processes to support business growth through customer and market definition.
• Builds and maintains inpatient and outpatient referrals and admissions, complying with state and CMS rules across multiple care levels.
• Manages marketing tracking systems, the intake process, payor relationships, and community education.
• Works closely with hospital management and clinical teams to maintain positive relationships internally and in the community.
• Manages the marketing and strategy team, including recruitment, development, and retention.
• Provides leadership, education, training, coaching, and support to the team to build relationships and exceed business objectives.
• Ensures team compliance with Vibra Healthcare's documentation policies.
• Facilitates business growth by working with clients and business partners, identifying new markets, and developing approaches and proposals.
• Uses strategic thinking and execution to exceed revenue, census, and admissions goals.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in healthcare marketing/leadership.
• Strong background in client services and relationship management.
• Supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Additional Qualifications

• Master's Degree preferred.
• Ability to manage teams, analyze referral trends, develop budgets and marketing plans.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with relevant computer applications.
