As an ID1 RDA Shift Process Engineer, you will have the ability to impact and work with the global HVM team. You and your team will be responsible for supporting experimentation, data analysis, baseline health metrics, and detailed and random defect improvement through partnering with others in HVM global manufacturing . As a shift process engineer, you will coordinate design requirement reviews with appropriate engineering/scientific personnel to ensure compatibility of processing methods. You will develop new or modified process formulations, define processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and review processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products. Responsibilities: + Identify, diagnose, and resolve assembly process-related problems + Coordinate and implement process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization initiatives and implement changes at the process step + Lead and participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities + Validate and fan out new process baseline qualified, including new processes, tools, and/or materials for new product introduction + Support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC + Support site-to-site portability + Manage and audit material suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and risk management objectives + Support internal and external audits Minimum Qualifications: + BS degree in science or engineering or equivalent experience + Strong eye towards safety and quality + Project management and planning skills + Problem-solving skills + Must possess good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Preferred Qualifications: + Prior experience working in semiconductor fabrication process areas + Experience within RDA, HVM process areas + Metrology and RDA inspection experience As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
