Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management on construction projects. Co-partner with the Project Manager, working together to resolve issues with budgets, trade partners, suppliers, RFIs, and schedules to ensure jobs are completed on time and of the highest quality. Manages and maintains Petra Safety program ensuring that all work installed meets specified quality standards. Act as the leader and manager of all construction work that occurs within the contracted scope of the project, whether by other Petra TEAM members, contracted trade partners or vendors, or workers contracted directly with the client.
This is a full-time traveling position. Petra will provide rotations home every three weeks, and or as the projects allow. The jurisdiction for this travel extends throughout the states for which Petra is licensed (ID, UT, MT, WA, OR, CO, WY).
