Clinical Services Supervisor (LCPC/LCSW) - Boise, ID

Schedule: 8-hour shift (Monday to Friday)

Will Consider Flexible Schedule - Eligible for Excellent Benefit Program, including 33 days off per year, including 1 Sunshine Day per month (not including Sick Leave)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an engaging, compassionate, energetic, detail-oriented, highly organized, proven leader to manage and lead the Clinical Program. The Clinical Supervisor ensures clients are provided with a comprehensive, holistic program to address domestic abuse, sexual assault, and trauma. Complete records review. Ability to conduct timely assessments and diagnosis; create individualized clinical plans and progress notes; offer individual, group, and family counseling across the lifespan; and link clients with other services as appropriate. Can provide presentations to the community on the issues of domestic/sexual abuse and trauma. Supervises licensed Clinicians and interns.

The successful candidate:

  • Licensed in the state of Idaho as an LCPC or LCSW and approved as a Registered Clinical Supervisor by the State of Idaho, Bureau of Occupational Licensing. Or be able to transition their license by the hire date.
  • Clinical experience, including crisis de-escalation and interventions
  • Two plus years of supervision, leadership, and management experience and proven clinical supervisory skills, including conducting performance evaluations.
  • Possess knowledge and skills in individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Knowledge of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault and a good understanding of the impact of domestic abuse, sexual assault, and trauma and possess the ability to deal with the demands of working with clients in crisis.
  • Must be sensitive to the needs of people, spoken and unspoken, and be tolerant of diverse lifestyles and values.
  • Bilingual (preferably Spanish) is a highly preferred skill.
  • Strong ability to maintain strict confidentiality and maturity to handle sensitive information with an understanding of and ability to maintain boundaries in a respectful manner.
  • Possess a current driver's license and proof of auto liability coverage to meet the minimum required by the State of Idaho.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
