About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Corporate Development to spearhead our high-impact M&A initiatives. In this critical leadership role, you will partner closely with the CEO and utilize your extensive experience in deal origination to guide our corporate growth strategy. You will oversee all aspects of the M&A process—from identifying and assessing potential acquisition targets to negotiating deals and managing integrations. This is an exciting opportunity to build a robust M&A function from the ground up.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with 7-15 years of proven experience in M&A, private equity, or a related field, who has successfully sourced and executed impactful deals. You should possess a strong industry network, the ability to work independently, and exceptional leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your role will also involve presenting M&A strategies to our executive team, making strong communication skills essential.
