We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who's ready to build meaningful, scalable models, experiment fast, and contribute to tools that create real-world impact.

🛠 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and train machine learning models for key platform features (e.g., document intelligence, donor prediction, content generation, etc.)
• Fine-tune open-source LLMs and integrate with tools like LangChain, OpenAI, or Hugging Face
• Deploy models into production in collaboration with the backend team
• Monitor performance, run experiments, and iterate quickly
• Document workflows and mentor future ML contributors

✅ You're a Great Fit If You…

• Have experience building and deploying ML or NLP models
• Know Python well (especially with libraries like scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
• Are excited by working with LLMs and AI tools
