Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Health Data Analyst to join their team. As a Health Data Analyst, you will be part of the analytics department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Health Data Analyst
Location: Meridian, ID
What's the Job?
- Perform research and analysis of complex data regarding business decision-making, network utilization, and cost containment information.
- Evaluate, write, and present utilization and cost containment reports, making recommendations based on findings.
- Access data warehouse and data marts to produce and develop relevant data and reports to support revenue and payment systems.
- Collaborate with business functional subject matter experts to validate findings and provide insights and recommendations.
- Identify variations and outliers in healthcare costs and services, participating in identifying and implementing solutions.
- 2 years of experience in data analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to analyze business systems data and fulfill information requests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
