Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Must hold a full license by the State Board to practice therapy independently (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP).

Compensation: Competitive pay ranging from $72 to $90 per hour, based on your license type, session location, and session type.

Please note, SonderMind does not provide office space; therapists are responsible for arranging their own locations for in-person sessions, with support to connect with others who may share space.
