Principal duties and responsibilities include:

1. Supervisory duties for assigned direct reports.
2. Leadership and management of operations personnel on client sites.
3. Coordination of account activities and support.
4. Daily interaction with clients to seek feedback and address issues professionally.
5. Contributing to site management initiatives and resource support.
6. Development and updating of operational policies, procedures, and training.
7. Reporting on KPIs and performance metrics.
8. Forecasting business performance with the Head of Operations.
9. Participation in site meetings and business development opportunities.
10. Conducting technical interviews via phone, Teams, and face-to-face.
11. Managing and supervising team performance.
12. Ensuring health and safety standards for staff and contractors.
13. Protecting company and customer assets and ensuring business continuity.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of operational management experience.
• Ability to travel locally and domestically.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in a technical environment, with knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt, work independently, and think strategically.
• Motivated to identify and grow business opportunities.
• Customer-oriented and professional demeanor.

Preferred:

• Background in Semiconductor Services.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field.

Physical Activities:

Work primarily in an office environment, with occasional walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
