Monitor, review, and issue project-specific documentation such as method statements and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) based on project requirements. Ensure project documentation is successfully monitored and reviewed.
Provide quality input and problem resolution to discipline engineers during design and procurement phases, and to construction supervisors during field construction. Ensure engineers are well-disciplined.
Review the quality system of new vendors/subcontractors and assess vendor performance. Prepare and update the record of the Assessed Vendors List (AVL). Ensure quality system review and updates are conducted.
Develop, test, and qualify project welding specifications, including welder and welding operator qualifications. Ensure welding specifications are well-developed.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities, including identifying, mitigating, and monitoring SHE risks. Ensure SHE Management System conforms to standards and requirements, and that SHE responsibilities are executed effectively, aiming for Target Zero LTI and compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, and SMKP standards.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction QA/QC execution with thorough knowledge of QA/QC practices in construction and operation.
Preferably experienced in QA/QC implementation within the oil and gas sector, marine construction, or plant operation sector.
Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Management System, ISO 9001, and its implementation.
Good knowledge of Quality Management Tools (e.g., TQM, QCC, SPC, Balanced Scorecard) and their application within Project Quality Management System.
Thorough understanding of Document Management System.
Team-oriented and organized in managing people.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
